Imagine losing hours each week to a clunky System that requires manually re-entering the same order data over and over (and over) again. That’s exactly what was going on, and everyone hated it… but no one had time to fix it.
So I did.
→ Mapped how the team actually used the system (not how it was supposed to work)
→ Pinpointed the biggest time sinks: product uploads, category assignments, attribute tagging
→ Worked with the developers to build import functions for those exact use cases
→ Simplified the interface so people didn’t need 12 clicks just to get to a form
