I’ve spent the last 20 years making things work , starting in ecommerce and category management , where I learned how businesses actually make money, before moving onto operations and HR. That commercial background is what makes the difference: I don't only fix processes and and systems, I fix it with the whole business in mind.
I build the systems that help good teams do great work, with less stress and more clarity.
I’m based just outside London, often work remotely, and I love fractional roles where I can slot in, fix what’s not working, and leave things running better than before.
Outside of work, you'll find me in my local Toastmasters club (I care a lot about clear communication and good leadership), read a lot, bake mean cinnamon rolls, and hang out with my family and my dog.
